Responsible for the overall operation of the league an adherence to the policies, principles, rules and regulations of the national organization. Primary point of contact on all matters concerning the league. Ensures fiscal health of the league through oversight along with the Vice President and Treasurer.
The vice president presides in the absence of the president, works with other officers and committee members, is ex-officio member of all committees, and carries out such duties and assignments as may be delegated by the president. Separate vice presidents may also be selected to oversee individual divisions within the league. A vice president may also manage, coach or umpire.
Primary Contact for all parents regarding player registrations (including residence and age eligibility) and division/team assignments. Works directly with managers and division vice presidents to conduct any player reassignments. Responsible for player draft, clinics and all other selection meetings. Coordinates selection of All-Star teams.
Point of contact for all Minors and Majors Baseball managers and coaches. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to Minors and Majors Baseball Divisions.
Responsible for the oversight of both fields and facility maintenance. Coordinates parent volunteers needed to complete pre and post season work. Oversight of inventory and purchasing of supplies. Ensures all motorized equipment is in good working order.
Maintain both website and online registration system. Responsible for reporting out to League Officials.
Responsible for promoting the League in the community, securing sponsors and supporting fundraising efforts. Works directly with the Equipment Manager to order all season and tournament uniforms and sportswear as needed.
Serves as the contact person for all softball managers and coaches. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to all Softball Divisions.
Serves as the contact person for all Tee Ball and Farm Baseball managers and coaches. Investigates complaints, irregularities, and conditions detrimental to these divisions.
Implements League's safety plan, ensures compliance and reporting, including ASAP Program. Performs background security checks for all volunteers. Provides CPR, AED, and all other required safety training and works directly with Equipment Manager to distribute first aid kits.
Responsible for recording meeting minutes, and maintaining both electronic and hardcopy files to aid in the efficient operation of the League.
Receives and records all financial transactions, performs banking and maintains League’s financial records. Makes payments for budgeted disbursements. Prepares annual operating budget and required annual tax filings.
Responsible for the overall management of the League's concession stand. Coordinates volunteers, creates menus, establishes pricing, and maintains inventory.
Responsible for inventory, maintenance, procurement and distribution of all equipment
Responsible for scheduling fields for practices and make‐up games.
